Changing Your Dates
To request a change to your confirmed booking, contact us with your booking reference and preferred dates. We will check availability and confirm the options with you.
Free Cancellation up to 48 Hours Before Check-in
If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before check-in, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
No Availability or Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice
If your requested dates are unavailable, or you need to cancel less than 48 hours before check-in, please contact us directly on WhatsApp so we can discuss your options.
